The bear is Me - I guess you can relate to that!! Juggling the "must do's" and the "want to do's" and fit it all into a day is not so bad now, but this is the way I have felt for most of my adult years.. I love to Travel and Explore new places - in fact I often referred to myself as part Gypsy. Born in Zambia, moved to California, now living in British Columbia, Canada, I have seen a fair amount of our Western World. My Dream would be to have a World Tour and Cruise, visiting such places as Greece, Japan, Italy and Australia with its neighbor New Zealand. (Wow! I would almost need to be a millionaire to do this!!) |

I am a voracious reader (think that is right!) averaging 4 books a week. I started at a very early age, and a day has something missing if I have not relaxed a while with a book. What do I read you ask? Just about everything! Right now I am into detective novels and thrillers, but a good sci-fi will get me any time. Biographies are great too, and good written romance - Ahhh. One series set I couldn't seem to get enough of - The Outlander. It was almost a let down when I came to the end of them. Of course, I am always looking for something in the metaphysical field too. I am soooo curious about anything in this area. |
Of course, let's not forget the computer!!!! It has become one of the loves of my life, especially since going on the Internet. What a world it has opened up for me - all those wonderful Emails, jokes, fun pages, clubs to join, message boards to post on, ideas galore and Home Pages! New friends to make and hopefully meet some more of them one day. I have even started to learn some basic HTML, and this has given me a whole new area of fun! |
